Beautiful Ornate Piece

10cm Tall X 12cm Wide.

Centre has holes for flowers & centre spot for single candle.

Underneath reads - Genuine - Viners - Silver Plate.

Good condition but very dirty, needs polishing.

Not sure of the exact age.
