You are bidding on a ** SINGLE ** MOTOROLA ROKR E1 MOBILE PHONE, this unit is in its original box. Each unit is a customer return and is sold AS IS at a small portion of the RRP.
The ROKR E1 is essentially a re-badged Motorola E398 candybar style phone (it was originally called the E790) with Apple-licensed technology to play back music purchased from the iTunes Music Store. It features a music player with an interface similar to that of Apple's ubiquitous iPod music players. While the phone is equipped with an upgradeable 512 MB microSD memory card, it is limited by its firmware to allow only one hundred songs to be loaded at any time.

These are the terms and conditions - Please read them carefully. If you are unable to comply with these terms then please do not bid.
THIS SALE INCLUDES GST & A FULL TAX INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED.
We aim to provide as accurate a description as possible of the goods we are selling.
We will generally respond to all enquiries within 24 hours of the request.
All goods are in working order unless described as "AS IS".
An auction is a contract and the winning bidder is obliged to complete the transaction.
We expect contact from the buyer within 72 hours of the close of the auction.
Goods will generally be dispatched within 3 business days or less after payment.
We use the Terms & Conditions of the Fair Trading Act of NSW as the basis of resolving any problems associated with this transaction and will resolve any matters according to these well accepted and fair guidelines.
Warranty is back to base (that is, the goods must be returned to us) unless specified as otherwise in our advertisement.
We always provide feedback, however we never give negative feedback. Non paying bidders will be reported to ebay for a refund of our fees.
We make every attempt to describe our product in detail; however there are occasions where we miss something out, if that is the case please emails us and we will do our best to respond to your enquiry. However if we have advertised a server with a 3.2GHZ Processor please understand we will not respond to a question about processor speed. Conversely if we advertise a machine with 1GB of ram and you need to know wether there are 1, 2 , 3 or more chips that comprise that memory please feel free.
If you mail us about something that is contained in our advertisement we may not respond due to the high volume of enquiries we receive.
Please read the ad carefully and especially before you place a bid. We will not answer any enquiries after the auction has closed unless they are about freight, payment, delivery or warranty issues. Do not bid and buy and then ask us for further details about the product.

Freight and Shipiping
Our Postage and Freight methods are as follows:
Pickup from our Sydney (St Peters) warehouse is available for all goods advertised.
Freight is charged at cost with a small fee for processing. We do not aim to make money from the freight component of our sale.
We use Star Track Express for all inter country packages over 3KG in weight, Australia Post or FedEx for all International sales and Australia Post for Inter country sales of goods that weigh under 3KG.
