SOFTMOUNT KIT

Hi this listing is for a brand new Softmount kit to suit a Weber 45 or 48 DCOE Carburettor. It also suits Dellorto 40/45 and 48 DHLA and Solex  PPH series carburettors.

This item mounts between the manifold and the carburettor and helps prevent the carb being overtightened (which can result in cracked carby). It also serves the extremely important role of prevent the car from flooding due to the engine vibrations.

The kit comes with the softmount frames, replaceable O rings (meaning you dont have to throw the whole kit out when the rubbers perish) and special washers as well as instructions.

Please note by clicking "Buy it now" you are purchasing one kit to suit one carburettor. We have several available so if you need a few for multiple carbs no worries at all.
