Return policy details: It's the responsibility of the Buyer to cover of any returns postage and you must include a self paid return envelope with a note explaining the fault. Please contact us before sending the shoes back to us as you may need to provide us with more than one option as we could have sold out in your style. If the elastic is too tight for your baby's anckle's this is not a manufacturer fault as we can only do a one size fit all. The elastic is very easy to change, all you need is a larger piece of elactic, just thread it with a large safety pin and tie up a couple of knots at the end. You can continue changing the elastic if the shoes lengh still fit but it's too tight for your baby's ankles. This is a very good tip to know. OVESEAS BUYERS, SOMETIMES IT'S CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW PAIR THAN RETURNING A PAIR, AS YOU WILL NEED TO COVER BOTH RETURNS.
