Payments must be received withing 3 days after purchases, IF NOT PAID BY THE 7TH DAY A DISPUTE WILL BE OPEN. NO EXEPTIONS.

If you're experiencing problems paying your purchase, you MUST contact us right away, once a dispute open we will not close it and your records will have an un-paid strike after having 3 un-paid strikes Ebay will close your account.

Due to the Petrol increase we are forced to charge for postage, we will only charge the minimmun a possible.

Please do not ask for postage discounts as we under charge postage costs, we do send the shoes in separated parcels to save postage costs, if you buy 2 pairs please do not ask us to send them in one parcel unless you are prepared to pay the extra cost. When you buy 3 pairs or more we do send them in one parcel but it does cost us more than what you have been charged, so please don't ask for discounts.

If you wish to have your parcel sent by Express Post (Australia wide), the cost is $9.90 up to 3kg.

International parcels cost AU$5.00 per pair, (NOT INSURED) if you wish your parcel to be INSURED the buyer must contact us for a quote and we will bill you the extra cost.

Please note and accept this policy: We do not accept responsibility if lost in transit, we cannot control the time or losses made by the POSTAL SERVICES.  NO EXTRA SHOES WILL BE SENT. NO INSURANCE NO CLAIM.

Items must be returned within: 14 Days Exchange Only, no cash refunds at all. So please don't ask. Return policy details: It's the responsibility of the Buyer to cover of any returns postage, you must include a self paid return envelope with a note explaining the fault.

Please contact us before sending the shoes back and you need to provide us with more than one option as we could have sold out in your style. If the elastic is too tight for your baby's anckle's this is not a manufacturer fault as we can only do a one size fit all.

The elastic it's very easy to change, all you need is a larger piece of elactic, just thread it with a large safety pin and tie up a couple of knots at the end. You can continue changing the elastic if the shoes lengh still fits but it's too tight for your baby's ankles. This is a very good tip to know.

OVERSEAS BUYERS, SOMETIMES IT'S CHEAPER TO BUY A NEW PAIR THAN RETURNING A PAIR, AS YOU WILL NEED TO COVER BOTH RETURNS.
