Payment

Payments must be made within 5 days of the auction ending. If you can not make payment within 5 days of the auctions' end, please contact us prior to bidding to see if an exception can be made for you.

We combine postage at $2 per additional item. The deadline for combined postage is 7 days from the first auction win.

We accept the following payment methods:

Within Australia – Bank Deposit (preferred), Paypal, Money Orders or Cash on Pickup from our Melbourne Office.

Internationally – We only accept Paypal as a means of payment. Please do not bid on our items if you do not have a Paypal account.

• Registered Post - $6.95 - Fully traceable online and fully insured. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

Platinum Express Post - $15.00 – Fully traceable online, but not insured. Next day delivery to most places in Australia.

International Shipping

Air Mail - $23.95 - Fully traceable or insured. Please allow 7 -14 working days for delivery.

Items will be posted the same day payment has cleared.

We recommend Registered Post as the best shipping method as it is fully traceable and insured. We do offer an express post platinum delivery (next day delivery to most places), which is traceable but not insured.

Items are securely packaged in a padded satchel, and all items will be sent in a gift pouch or gift box.

Pick ups are available from our Melbourne office in the CBD by appointment only. If you are picking up the item, please make payment in cash on pickup.

Terms of Sale & Returns

We do our best to accurately describe and photograph our items, however in the event of a grossly misrepresented item, we will offer a full refund.

Photos are not to scale, and have been enlarged to show detail. Please see the description for the accurate measurements.

If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we can resolve the issue.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

We do not offer refunds on pierced items for hygiene reasons.

Items must be returned within 10 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

Returned items must be in their original condition, with no alterations or sign of wear.
We are not responsible for any items sent back to us that get lost in the mail. It is up to you to make sure you insure the item on its return. Shipping costs are not refundable, only the original purchase price.
