We must be informed within 7 days of receipt of goods, if the goods are defective in anyway. We check all goods where possible prior to despatch for components and damage. We will refund the balance of payment less the cost of return freight to our location in Dingley Village, VIC. Cost of return is the responsiblity of the buyer. Items need to be returned in original packaging. Damage of goods does not include, damage caused by incorrect assembly or use.
