This is a new sealed, currently available L-750Beta tape.

This in new stock.

New Beta tape is fast coming to an end. This is the current blank tape that Sony have for sale. Due to the low volumes being produced and purchased by consumers, the selling price of these tapes is through the roof. It is highly likely these will not be available for much longer, and even now they are  difficult to obtain. Some are suggesting to use Betacam tape, but the formulation is meant for high speed recording and not optimised for the domestic Beta equipment, although it will work at a pinch.
