We accept returns for refunds on lamps within 14 days of purchase only if the box is unopened or the lamp is unused, minus a £10restocking fee.(shipping fees are non-refundable). Used lamps cannot be returned for a refund. We will accept returns on all other products except lamps for refund only within 7 days of purchase, minus a 25% restocking fee. Any other authorized returns for refunds will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
