ONLY PICK UP IS FREE but we ship worldwide. For shipping estimates please message us with the country of destination and we’ll be glad to let you know. For Canada/USA please provide Province/State and Postal/Zip Code. We can also combine shipping charges so let us know if you’re interested in any other items and we’ll quote them together. We try to quote accurately but with today’s volatile fuel prices the quotes are estimates only. Pick Up is welcome and always FREE! All items are shipped by Canada Post but if package is too large or too valuable then we will ship by UPS, FedEx or Schenker. Due to the volume, we only ship out once a week.
To Canada and the US we ship by Canada Post Expedited (5-10 Business Day Guarantee). Overseas we ship by Canada Post XpressPost (4-8 Business Day Worldwide Guarantee To Most Countries) or Canada Post Surface (6-8 Weeks No Time Guarantee). Our shipping charges include shipping, handling, insurance, tracking and delivery confirmation (also includes signature release when available).
Damaged Goods
If your item is lost or damaged in transit DO NOT throw out any of the packaging material or paperwork you’ve received and contact us IMEDIATELY. All items are insured and will be dealt with by the carrier. We are not responsible for damage caused during transit but will do our best to aid you in getting your money back. For our antique items (plates, vases, etc) please be aware that due to the nature of the goods these items are insured for LOSS ONLY.
Payments
We accept PayPal as our primary method of payment. No Debit/Credit Cards, COD or ESCROW. Pick Up items must be paid in CASH ONLY.
Non paying bidders will not be tolerated. A non paying bidder alert will be posted 10 days after the auction is over unless payment is settled. Non payers will receive a non pay strike (you only are allowed 3 strikes before you are expelled from eBay).
Taxes & Duties
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods, excluding Canadian residents. We can not be held responsible for any additional duties, brokerage fees, taxes, etc. that may be added on during transit.
For Ontario residents we charge GST and PST. For all other Canadian residents we charge GST. Canadian residents will be quoted in Canadian dollars using the current exchange rate (updated daily by our bank) for their convenience.
