Due to the value of our jewellery, we send all our items via registered and fully insured post, which is $6.00 anywhere in Australia and $6.00 AUD Worldwide. We find this a much more secure way and is also easier to track.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING ?

All items that you purchase in the same week ( Monday - Sunday ) will be charged at the postage and handling fee of one item. All items purchased in the following week, will be charged another postage and handling fee of one item. Please wait till you have finished shopping with us to make the one total payment.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SENT ?

Items are posted every Tuesday and Friday. You will receive feedback on your profile so that you know payment has been received and that your item has been sent.

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM ?

If you have not received your item within ten days of it being posted, please contact us immediately so that we can launch an enquiry with Australia Post using the Registered Post reference number given to us when your item was posted. We only keep the reference numbers for two weeks from the day the item was posted. If you contact us after the two weeks, we may not be able to recover your item, as we may not have the reference number available. We also advise that you keep all receipts of all your purchases with us. In the event that an item is lost or damaged we can prove to Australia Post the amount you paid for your item, so that we can get compensated and resend the same item or refund your money.
