Rule Card - "Wish and Limited Wish spells cannot be cast.  All spells and allies played while this card is in effect are discarded into the Abyss."

I have marked this card as "near mint". It's in excellent condition and has never seen any playing time.  The card will be shipped in a hard plastic card slip for protection.
