FEEDBACK – When you have received your item, please leave positive feedback for us, this also lets us know that you have received your purchase item;  Positive Feedback will be left for you.  If there are any concerns please email us to discuss the issue. 

PAYMENT - All sales are to be finalized within 5 days of sale.   Payments are accepted via Pay pal or Direct Deposit. 

Please note that monies must be received and cleared before items will be posted,  E-Cheques take 3-5 days clearance.

POSTAGE - Items will be posted within 48hrs of cleared payment Mon – Fri excluding Public Holidays.  Combined postage is available extra items are charged at half the postage cost.

Registered post is available at an extra cost of $2.70 just email us before checkout and we will send a new invoice, as we are not responsible for lost items that are not registered.

RETURNS - You must contact us by email requesting a Return Authorization Number which must be returned with your merchandise.  Please post your items back with a suitable return addressed package (satchel preferred).   Items can be exchanged for a different size or color if available or a refund will be issued for the sale price only (excluding the postage charge and handling fee of $5.00).  All return postage costs (both ways) are at the buyer’s expense, so please ask questions; we are more than happy to reply to your emails.
