2.  Shipping policy : Shipping & insurance is by fast air (10-14 days).

a. To USA, Canada, UK, Europe ( no Italy) , Australia is AUD40.00.

Sorry, we don’t ship to Italy by fast air due to the long delay by the Italian Customs. We only provide EMS (4-7 days) for Italian buyer. If you are Italian buyer, please contact with us before bidding.

c. As to combine shipping of our listings, the combine shipping cost will save AUD1.12 on every one item more ( no matter how many pieces one item contains ), for example, if you bid two items, it saves AUD1.12 on shipping cost; for three items, it save AUD2.24 ; for four items, it saves  AUD3.36 and so on.

Please note: shipment will be sent out from our warehouse located in China mainland. Shipping is provided by China Post. The delivery time of 10-14 days applies to USA, Canada, UK, Australia. Usually it will take a little longer to other countries. Please be patient and considerable.
There is occasionally delay on international shipping even in USA, Canada, UK, Australia due to the Customs. Please contact with us firstly and we will check immediately.

The parcel will be declared as gift and we will try our best to help you to legally minimize tax. But I am not responsible for any duty or tax.

3. Warranty:

The item has one year warranty on manufacture defect. The warranty doesn’t cover user damage and normal use wear. All defective items will be replaced with a new one or repaired . The item must be returned in new condition with all the original package including cartons, boxes, usage instruction. Buyer will take all the shipping cost.
