It is essential that someone is available to receive this BBQ. It is a large and heavy (130kg) item and the delivery driver will require your assistance to lower the unit down from the truck. If you are unable to provide capable assistance with the unload you can request the BBQ to be delivered by a tail lifter vehicle at an additional cost of $79.00. This service must be booked and paid for at the time of making payment for the BBQ. Our drivers are not able to carry or man-handle this BBQ up or over stairs or other obstacles. It is important that you make your own arrangements in this regard.

Please note: Pick up is available for this item from our Sydney depot only. There is a handling fee of $65.00 if picking up.

Please ensure that you provide a contact mobile and fixed phone numbers (we will not ship until we have one) for our carriers and provide us a delivery address where someone is available to receive the goods during normal working hours.

Freight is arranged by OzOutdoors Pty Ltd on behalf of the buyer at the buyers cost. Any such carrier shall be deemed to be the agent of the buyer.

Delivery Time:

• We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment being received but please allow extra time for delivery close to Christmas. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days depending on your location.
• The delivery address will be that shown on the eBay invoice. If you want the item delivered to another address you must advise us at the time of making payment.
• Our carriers require a signature on delivery therefore your item must be delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the goods Mon - Fri during normal business hours.
• Please inspect the goods carefully for carton damage upon receipt as insurance claims will not be recognised if the goods have been signed for as "received in good condition".
• If the item is delivered to an address where no one is present the carrier will leave a card or contact you and you will need to make arrangements with them to pick the goods up from their depot.
• Once again - please remember to leave us your mobile phone number so that our carrier can contact you if required.

This BBQ carries full AGA (Australian Gas Association) Certification. To achieve this certification, the BBQ is subjected to numerous tests and procedures to verify it's safety in use and suitability for Australian gas types.

It is your guarantee of quality.

We will replace or repair (at our discretion) for a period of 12 months, any item that is found to be faulty or DOA (dead on arrival).

All claims for DOA warranty replacement must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods and the faulty part/s should be returned to us within that period.

This warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or abuse, incorrect assembly, improper handling, or accidental damage.

The buyer is responsible for all postage costs incurred as a result of returning goods for warranty repair / or replacement.

Please retain the original packaging as, in the unlikely event that the BBQ needs to be returned for repair it will reduce the likelihood of damage in transit.
