The stairlift must be returned new, never installed in its shipped condition and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for all return transport costs. Authorisation for return must be obtained. Return of goods must be accompanied by a returns authorisation number issued by Acorn Stairlifts Pty Ltd. Un-authorised returns will be rejected. Goods not returned in good condition and original packaging will be rejected. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
