THE SHOES ARE MADE OF PATENT LEATHER. THE AREA THAT COVERS THE FOOT IS ACTUALLY MADE OF A CLEAR PLASTIC WITH BLACK PATENT LEATHER PIPING. THE FABULOUS HEELS ARE MADE OF METAL. THEY HAVE A SEE-THRU COVERING THAT SHOWS THE METAL HEEL. THIS HEEL STARTS OUT CLEAR AT THE BOTTOM AND BECOMES BLACK AT THE TOP. THIS ADDS A VERY NICE AND EXPENSIVE FLAIR TO THE SHOES.
