  • Style Notes: A sexy, lightweight cashmere cardigan adorned at the neckline and cuffs with feminine ruffles. This cardigan has two tie loops at the high waistline. The two belt loops measure approximately 1" (see last photo). The cardigan is in excellent condition and is new with tags - but is missing the original belt that came with it. A perfect opportunity to make it your own!
