• UK Personal Cheques & Postal Orders are accepted from

• Normally clearance of cheques and Paypal e-cheques take
  5 (cheques) to 10 (e-cheques) working days to clear. 
  Items will be despatched the moment payment is cleared.

• Delivery within the UK is FREE by Standard First Class.
• Rings will be packaged in a quality ring box and sent in a
  padded envelope to prevent items from being damaged.
• Alternatively we offer Recorded First Class for a fee of £2.50.
• Special Next Day Delivery is optional, please contact us for postage cost.
• We despatch daily on Mondays to Fridays.
• All items are normally despatched within 24-48 hours  of
  receiving cleared funds.
• Due to our postal collection time, payments received after
  2 pm UK time, will be despatched the following day.
• We do not post during the weekends, therefore payments
  received after 2 pm Friday will be posted the following
  Monday.

     Worldwide

• Delivery to any countries in the world outside of the UK is
  at a standard rate of £2.50 by Standard First Class Airmail.
• Rings will be packaged in a quality ring box and sent in a
  padded envelope to prevent items from being damaged.
• We offer International Recorded Signed For Delivery for a
  fee of £6.00.
• We despatch daily on Mondays to Fridays.
• All items are normally despatched within 24-48 hours  of
  receiving cleared funds.
• Due to our postal collection time, payments received after
  2 pm UK time, will be despatched the following day.
• We do not post during the weekends, therefore payments
  received after 2 pm Friday will be posted the following
  Monday.

Returns and Exchanges

• If for any reasons you are not satisfied with your items,
  please notify us within 3 days of receiving the items. 
  Please do not give us NEUTRAL or NEGATIVE
  FEEDBACK without communicating with us first.
• Items must be returned in their original condition, not worn,
  altered or engraved within 14 days of receipt of items.
• Items must either be returned in their original packaging or
  returned in adequate packaging.  We cannot accept items
  if they are damaged or scratched.  Please bear in mind that
  Sterling Silver is a soft metal and can scratch very easily.
• Refunds will be given but £2.00 will be retained as handling
  fee.
• All postage costs will be borne by customers for exchange. 
  A self-address envelope is required.  Please contact us if
  you are not sure of the cost of postage.
• If an exchange is done with a different design, we will sort
  out the difference of the value once the exchange is agreed
  upon.
