Please note that some of our jewellery are made with natural materials and gemstones which have variances in colour tone, markings, cut and shape. This is part of their natural consistency and not a design fault.
The color you see is also dependent on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see will be accurate.
All measurements and weight are approximations.
As we are not jewelry experts, we strive to describe the items to the best of our abilities. Semi-precious stones used in our creations are bought from reliable suppliers. Do note that we do not express any claims to authenticity of any item nor offer any guarantees or warranties. |
Shipping/ handling
Do note that the item will be shipping to you from SINGAPORE (South-east Asia).
Shipping and handling cost to:
- Australia, UK, Europe, Canada and USA is A$9.50 via registered airmail.
Registered airmail cost is included in the shipping and handling so that we are able to make proof of shipping, and track the item. This is also for your assurance as well as protection to us as sellers.
For other regions, please e-mail for overseas shipping, as charges would vary depending on country.
We also offer combined shipping for multiple items. Please email us for rates.
We will make our best effort to ship the items to you as quickly as possible. Usually shipments are made twice a week on Tues/ Wed and Fri/ Sat.
Delivery times by airmail to UK, Europe, Canada, USA, Australia and New Zealand is 7 to 12 working days on average. We have noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!
Payment Terms
Contact is to be made within 5 days after the end of the auction.
Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.

Refunds/ Lost Items
If an item is damaged or you are not satisfied with the item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item, or 21 days after the receipt of your payment - whichever is the later. The item will have to be returned to us within 30 days from the end of auction date for a refund on the bid price. Please note that the shipping & handling charge is not refundable and that a 10% restocking fee (on bid price) will be charged in case of excessive returns on a single transaction.
If an item needs to be returned to us or re-shipped to the buyer, the buyer has to bear the necessary s/h costs. |
