Age and soggy brain cells are not a safe combination for a US president, and Tiger O'Reilly's got a big helping of both. Let's just say he makes a big blunder and impeachment looms. In the circumstances, a summit meeting with the new Soviet leader, Gorbichov, seems a good thing to go for.
Quickly, the two world leaders take protocol into their own hands, dismissing the ranks of fawning advisers and second rate interpreters, deciding to hold discussions on a private man-to-man basis, to cut the cackle and really get to know one another. And it has to be admitted - Alexei and Larissa.   Tiger and Wanda make a great double date. A couple of Class A misunderstandings do slip through the fine mesh of presidential intelligence....something to do with twenty million contraceptive coils and California being presented to the Soviets....but world leaders are only flesh and blood, after all....anyone can make mistakes!
