Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. We accept the following payment methods: Paypal. Bank Transfer via Internet Banking - Please provide your EBay User ID as payment reference. Direct Deposit in person at a Bank Branch - Please email us the BSB number of your branch after you made payment. Money Order - Please make money order payable to Puppy Power. Credit card - please email us at sales@puppypower.net and quote the item # as a reference so we can arrange to process your payment. Local Pick Up Pick up from our warehouse in Dandenong South is welcome by prior arrangement. Pick up is generally available between 12pm - 4:45pm Monday, Wednesday & Friday and between 10:45am – 11:30am on Saturdays and must be organised via email. Please email us with your preferred appointment day / time. You should receive a return email within 24 hours (during business days) with our address details and confirmation of your appointment day / time. Please note: our office is NOT open on Saturday so appointments for collection of goods on Saturday must be recived by no later than 4pm on Friday if you would liek to collect on saturday.
Goods are dispatched from our warehouse within 3 business days of payment clearing. On the rare occasion, due to unforeseen circumstances, it can take up to 5 business days to dispatch your order. You will be notified via email when your goods have left our warehouse and will be provided with an ETA of arrival. Goods need to be signed for so a physical delivery address is required (couriers will not deliver to a PO BOX) and a business address is preferred. If the goods are being sent to a residential address we need to provide the courier with authority to leave the goods in the event no one is available to sign for them. Please supply clear instructions (at checkout) on where the goods can be left. A daytime contact number is also required. If no instructions are supplied prior to the goods being dispatched, authority to leave the goods at the address registered on eBay will be given to the courier and Puppy Power will not accept any liability for any missing items. We are able to provide a combined shipping discount when you purchase multiple items. Simply let us know when you email us your payment details.
