In the 1997 NBA All-Star Game at Cleveland, Michael Jordan recorded the first ever triple-double in the history of the All-Star Game, however he was not voted as the Most Valuable Player. Instead, the award went to Glen Rice, who had a hot shooting touch from beyond the arc in the third quarter to win it for the East All-Star team. MJ still did well to show his all-around game skill in his All-Star Game. He recorded 14 points, 11 assists, 11 rebounds in 26 minutes of play.
