This is our own special blend, tried and tested, it is GOOD!
We have a recipe on the back of the pack to make the best Salt & Pepper Squid you have ever tasted at Home!!
You can also use it on Prawns Fish or even great on Chicken
Simply mix blend with cornflour and egg white, this makes a light batter which will stick to the squid, then deep or shallow fry
