We only accept product returns on FAULTY products. The 12 month manufacturer's warranty does not cover products which have been subjected to abuse or misuse.
Postage costs are borne by the sender for any returns.
Approval of exchange or credit will be given once we receive and assess the product (within 7 days of receipt of return). |
