RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number is required
for all returns.
- Defective items must be noticed within 7 days of the
date you received it.
- The buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges
and insurance when returning items.
- Units returned and found not to be defective will be
returned at buyer expense.
- If the retail package has been opened, and item return
for a refund is not defective will be subject to a 15%
restocking fee.
