Payment is accepted through PayPal, ProPay, Moneybookers, or Paymate. If no communication is made regarding payment within seven days, item is subject to be re-listed.

That's right! We will send it to your special someone, wrapped and gift tagged just for you! If the Gift Wrap Icon is not available when you checkout, just let us know and we will be sure to add that as an option for you! Please be sure to specify how you would like your gift tag to read. Additional fees may apply.

There are several options that we have for shipping. If you would like it mailed by an option not listed, i.e. Express, Overnight, UPS or FedEX, etc., please let us know and we will be sure to accommodate to your needs and give you an accurate quote. We do charge a minimal handling fee of $0-2.00 depending on the amount of packaging supplies we use to insure your package arrives safley to you. 

Any duties, tariffs or other government fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Tracking is not available for International shipments. We are also very happy to combine shipping, so please check out our other auctions!

                   

RETURN POLICY 

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns are accepted within three days of receipt of your item. Please contact one of our customer support team at happy_froggies@yahoo.com to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). The item must be returned only after obtaining the return authorization. The items must be in original packaging 100% complete in unused unopened and resalable condition. Shipping is not refundable. For items with "Free" shipping offered, no refund will be given for return shipment, and a flat processing fee of $4 will be deducted from your total refund. The item must be returned to address given in the return authorization. If the item is returned to the wrong address or with out prior authorization additional charges will apply.
