Most items we sell are New, nearly new,ex-display/ex catalogue returns and generally in A1 condition.

We do our best to describe items as accurately as possible, but naturally we cannot always do this with everything. Please bear this in mind when bidding.

Unless stated Brand New all items sold i.e EX Display, As New, Second Hand, Average Condition. Certain things must be expected, there may be the odd surface scratch, Box damage or little shabby. These types of things will not be considered under the warranty.

Please check compatibility of adapters, cables, Remotes, Kits etc ….with your products manual/ user guide as they will not be refunded if found to be incompatible.

Items sold as UNTESTED/FAULTY do not qualify for any guarantees/warranty’s and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

POSTAGE CHARGE,

Always take this into consideration before bidding as this is part of the final total that will be required.

We have to pay Courier company + for packaging + handling charge.

Give us at least 48 hours before we can post the item (NOT DELIVER) otherwise we have arranged.

We do not post on weekends or public holidays.

GUARANTEE

All items sold come with a 7 day warranty received date, and any items found to be faulty thereafter will not be replaced or refunded NO EXCEPTION (i was on holiday, did not get chance etc..)
