This eBay store is owned and run by Electroboard Solutions & has been an eBay trader for many years.

We are an Australian Registered, Government Endorsed Business and a power eBay seller.

You can be assured that your goods will be checked before shipping, packed properly and then delivered to you in a speedy and satisfactory manner.

All electronic items are tested by our qualified service department before the item is listed.

All items are listed for Auction only so “Buy It Now” is not available.

We will not make any deals for listed items outside of eBay.

Our friendly staff will promptly assist you to ensure your buying process is easy and smooth however we will not waste time answering questions that are answered in the auction. Please read before asking questions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

YOU MUST HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER IN YOUR EBAY STREET ADDRESS!!

•           We only use door to door couriers so your eBay address must be a valid street address.

•           We will not use Australia Post and cannot deliver to a P.O Box.

•           It is company policy to have a contact number for the courier or delivery will not be made.

•           For business deliveries, please provide the company name in the address.

•           A signature is required upon delivery.

•           We can only deliver during business hours on regular working days.

•           We only ship within Australia, NO international Shipping!

•           Pick-up is NOT available from our secure warehouse where the items are stored as there is no public access.

•           Pick-up is available from our head office at St Leonards but at the cost of local delivery – see chart below

•           Shipping cost advised in the chart is for the whole listing despite if the listing is for a multiple quantity.

•           Combined shipping will be given after examination of size and weight of the combined items and added to the combined invoice.

•           Insurance fee is stated and offered as optional unless the items sale price is over $300 where it then becomes compulsory.

•           Optional Insurance fee is not selected as default at check out and should be selected and added extra to the final paid price of the product especially for any breakable item.

•           Any futile delivery will be at the expense of the customer and will not be made until the cost is paid.

WARRANTY

•           Second hand items do not come with any warranty.

•           New items will only come with warranty as stated in the listing for that item.

We are not liable for any loss and/or damages during delivery if insurance is not taken – NO EXCEPTIONS!

Once listed, the item is in storage and is not available for further inspection for us to answer questions.
