Delivery

Warranty

There is one-year return-to-base warranty for all products unless specified otherwise in item description. Warranty time can be several days less than specified due to shipment time. Customer should not return product unless adviced by us. Buyers should pay delivery cost to send us the faulty item. We will pay delivery to send customer replacement or fixed items if item was tested faulty. (If warranty period is longer than 1 year and the warranty claim is after 1 year, customer are required to pay posatage for both ways.) If the returned item is not faulty, customer has to pay postage for us to send it back. So please make sure it is faulty before sending back.

Replacement item will be sent via normal post only. If you need it urgently, please enclosed prepaid express satchel.

Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged. Damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling will not be replaced.
