Adorable little Sasha started out as a "Jaden" sculpt by Claire Taylor and has been brought to life using Genesis heat set paints in a peaches & cream complexion.

She has light blue eyes with light brown eyebrows & lashes. She has 3/4 arms and legs, all of which have been painted & blushed in all her little creases. I have given her skin a light patchy mottling effect as seen on newborn babies. Her nostrils have been opened so she can breathe.

Sasha has a custom doe suede body, and has been weighted with poly beads and stuffed with polyfil fiber, to give a realistic newborn weight feel.

All vinyl parts have subtle veining and she has jointed arms & legs on the body for ease of positioning. It is amazing to see the gradual transformation with each step in the reborning process.

I have made Sasha a gorgeous cream satin dress with 2 rows of lavish wide cream silky lace along the hem, across the chest as well as the sleeves. It is trimmed with cream satin ribbons and little floral bows. She also wears a matching pair of pantaloons. The dress opens at the back and has 3 press studs down the back. I have also made her a matching cream satin bib, trimmed with delicate guipure lace and her name embroidered on it, plus a cream lacy headband. Added to this set is a matching cream satin bonnet and a pair of white and yellow bootees.

Alyssa wears size 0000/000 clothes.

Sasha's hair was hand rooted with the super soft premium curly mahogany brown mohair, and can be dampened to achieve the style required. I used long locks to give her a full head of hair, then used a light spray of "Johnson's Junior Easy combing spray", then be combed lightly to achieve the style. It can be combed straight or fluffed up with your fingertips when dampened to get a curly/wavy style.

Sasha also has a stirling silver charm bangle & a cream bunny to snuggle with tucked into her lemon lace trimmed baby blanket.
Sasha has a magnet behind her lips to hold her dummy.
