first hole is 44cm(17.5") from the buckle. last hole is at 53cm(21")

It can be customized to fit your dog specifically at no extra charge (unless a bigger size is required). This collar is available in smaller and bigger sizes also. This size is for large breeds of dog. (e.g. Staffy, Great Dane, German Shepard etc)
