Postage and Packaging

Postage and Packaging on eBay sales varies please see "Postage Costs" at top of page. Please note postage costs before bidding. Buying more than one item? You will save 50p postage per additional item. Prefer totally free postage? If you shop at karacha.com you pay the eBay price but receive free postage and packaging (with U.K. orders over �15.00 and international orders over �30.00).

All items are packaged thoroughly, usually this means bubble mailers, if your item(s) arrives damaged please contact us immediately.

U.K. customers should usually expect their item within 1-5 days of auction end. International customers should usually expect their item within 7-14 days of auction end (depending on location). Our feedback is testament to the speed of our service.

I bought this item by accident, do I have to pay?

No problem, simply email us first then send it back in a totally unused unopened condition, include a cheque for the difference in price and postage. You have 7 days from the date of purchase to do this. This is part of our standard returns policy, certain items are excluded.
