RETURNS POLICY
Due to hygiene rules we are unable to accept returns on knickers/knicker sets or thongs/thong sets and any item with thongs/knickers as part of the set due to hygiene rules,
so please be sure to check your size carefully. We will only consider a return if the item is faulty. All items are checked prior to despatch. If it is agreed that an item can be returned,
the item must be returned unworn and in a unused condition with all tags intact and in it’s original packaging and you must notify me of your intention to return within 7 days of reciept.
If the tags have been removed from the garments a return will not be accepted. Please note postage costs will not be refunded.
It is recommended that you obtain proof of the postage which is free from the post office should you need to return the item, this will then enable you to
make a claim with Royal Mail if the item is lost on its way back.
Lost In The Post. It's rare, but unfortunately items do sometimes get lost in the post. If you have not received your order within 15 working days of the despatch date, please let us know.
I will then send you a lost in post form for you to fill out, and on receipt of the signed form back to me I will refund you for the missing order and start an claim with Royal Mail into the package's whereabouts.
