              SCOTCH BONNET CHILLI   HOT Caribbean Yellow  (capsicum chinense)  30+ SEEDS

                       A truly intoxicating combination of fragrance, flavour and heat.
        You can't cook Caribbean food without these little delights - just wouldn't be right.
Scotch Bonnets are just perfect in seafood, curries, or with tropical fruits particularly mango and pineapple.

Chillies can be picked and stored in the fridge for up to 3 weeks, or put in the freezer for up to a year!
I like them best when they are still crisp and just reached full yellow from their immature green stage. Hellishly good!

           These are hard to get seeds.  You can usually only get these outside of Australia!

The bushes grow strong  to about 1 metre sometimes more, and can literally be laden with dozens of bright yellow, slightly squashed looking fruit.
  Germination can be slow if the temperatures are low. Within 2 weeks seedlings should appear but up to 3 weeks in cooler weather.
                                        They maybe slow growing but well worth the wait.
