Scott #2267 22-Cent Congratulations! Booklet Single - MNH




This lot consists of a Scott #2267 22-Cent Congratulations! Booklet single in Mint, Never Hinged condition.  This stamp was released in 1987 as part of the Special Occasions Series.  The picture shows the type of stamp up for sale.  All stamps are in F/VF condition or better (no tears) and have original unblemished gum. All stamps are shipped flat between layers of cardboard to prevent damage.


Due to the time element involved with e-bay's non-payer bidding policy, payment must be finalized within 30 days of the close of the auction. An automatic reminder will be sent out if payment has not been received after 2 weeks of the purchase date. A second reminder will be sent out through ebay after 20 days has elapsed. If there is no response to these notices ebay will be contacted to initiate action under their non-paying bidder policy. Please do not bid unless you intend to pay for the item! Our regular customers can accumulate their purchases over one or two weeks to save money on shipping. Please contact me if you would like to extend purchases over a long period.
