Using method

First, set this machine.

1. Connect the power, open the switch.

2. Set temp indication (℉ or ℃).

Press “SET” key, the first from right indicates “1”;

The last number indicates “℃”, which shows the temp of this machine is ℃.

 Press “+” key or “-” key once, which shows the temp of this machine is ℉.

Repeat press “+” and “-” keys, which shows “℉” and “℃” alternatively.

3. Set working temperature of this machine.

Press “SET” key, the first number indicates “2”,

The number in the middle indicates the temperature number,

The last number indicates “C” or “F” assessed at the first step.

4. The temp of this machine is “℃” and the max. assessed temp is 70℃.

5. Press “SET” key, the first number indicates“3”；“4”；“5”，which is other functions of this meter and has no relation with this machine, and all are set “0”.

After finishing 1-5, press “RUN” key to enter the settled working process.

Tips:

1. According to the withstand temperature of silk screen. The highest temperature of this machine is 70℃. While adjusting the temperature, if the temperature is over 70℃, the meter can only indicate 70℃.

2. Under normal conditions, set a temperature of 65C is appropriate.

3.The real temperature may have 2-3 ℃ difference in temperature because of opening or closing the drawer or indoor temperature during the course of actual operation, which is normal and not influence using.

4. This machine with this meter will indicate the last set when it is used again.

5. Reference date: When the temperature is 65℃, the time of drying single floor of photosensitive emulsion of our company is 2mins. And drying plate without photosensitive emulsion needs 1min. Please refer to it while using.
