Feedback

Payment

♦    I accept Paypal, cheque, postal order and e-cheque.  Though, if paying by cheque or e-cheque, your item will not be dispatched until it has cleared

Postage

♦    I aim to get the parcel out asap (usually same or next day) as soon as I receive cleared payment.  Therefore, when leaving feedback stars on the ‘Detailed  Seller Ratings’ for ‘Dispatch time’, please take into account the time from cleared payment to dispatch, not how long it takes Royal Mail to deliver it (as obviously this is out of my control).  Thank you

♦     I obtain a receipt as proof of postage

♦    You may receive your item in a black bag or a ‘used’ jiffy bag

♦    If you are not happy with the postage cost please do not bid

♦    I am not responsible for any item lost or damaged in the post.  If your item is lost or damaged please contact me so a claim can be made with Royal Mail (as I have the proof of postage)

♦    I would not sell anything that I would not buy myself

♦    I want my buyers to be happy with their item, therefore I always do my best to explain in great detail and let you know of any flaws in the product

♦    I'm going to be selling loads of stuff over the coming weeks and months (amongst other things; clothes for all the family, toys, household goods, etc, (new & used), so why not add me to your favourites list
