Seed Pod Organic Baby Bassinet/Moses Basket

The Seed Organic Pod by BabyBaby is a piece of furniture to treasure. The Pod is a moses basket, lined with organic cotton, a natural latex mattress, which sits on a lovely contemporary stand. Moses baskets are great for babies first few months because they can easily be moved around the house, taken with you at night when visiting friends or relatives or away for the weekend (we wish!).

The Pod will be a beautiful addition to any natural nursery.

Because of extra lengthy you can use it from 0 - around 4 or 5 months depending on how tall your baby is.
It comes from a SMOKE FREE, CLEAN HOME.
We used a mattress protector but the mattress was never soiled.

Organic Cotton

Organic cotton is free from chemicals. The cotton seeds are GM (genetically modified) free and throughout the growing process the cotton has not been sprayed with herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides. In finishing the cotton all dyes used are free from heavy metals such as lead. The Organic Cotton is certified to International Standards and is softer, smells better and is stronger than chemically treated cotton. It's also hypoallergenic, breathable and provides a more natural, safer environment for your baby.

Latex 'Breather Hole" Mattress

Latex is a 100% natural organic product derived from the milky sap of the Hevea Brasiliensis (Rubber Tree). It is hypoallergenic and anti-microbial (does not grow bacteria or mould). Latex contours to the shape of your baby's body building up no pressure points and is a breathable open cell structure for better air circulation, making it a far superior mattress for your baby. And what's better is that it's a naturally derived renewable resource - so it's a good choice for the future of our environment.

Moses Basket

Made from natural maize with handy carry handle, this is a very useful piece of furniture. The basket can be easily removed from the stand and taken to other places in the house for the baby to sleep, or the stand and basket can be folded up and taken on those little weekends away. The basket size is much bigger than most moses baskets on the market, so you'll also get an extended use out of these baskets. It has reinforced handles that secure all the way around the base of the basket providing a safe and secure environment for your baby to sleep in.
