1.  For defective or wrong items received :
Buyers must report to the Sellers within 3 days after received of goods.
For defective item, Buyers must send with email of photos indicating the area and condition of defects. Upon acknowledgement by the Sellers, the item must be returned within 7 days thereof.
Goods must be returned intact without worn or used, and with its original tags and packing.
Actual postage fee for returning, as well as costs for re-sending the replacement item will be borne by the Sellers. 


2.  For exchange of sizes :
We may accept exchange of sizes subject to our stock availability. If accepted, the Buyers must return the item at their own expenses. 
Goods must be returned intact without worn or used, and with its original tags and packing.
The Buyers need to pay the shipping and handling fee as advertised in our listing for re-sending the new item.
For free shipping items, the Sellers will charge the actual shipping tariff for re-sending.


3.  No exchanges or returns will be accepted for any reasons other than the above.
