• Registered Mail (Insured) provides basic tracking, protection from loss & damage, gives us both peace of mind.
• Payment should be completed within 3 days please by PayPal, Direct Deposit/EFT, Paymate, Money Order, Cheque.
• Orders are processed on a first come payment cleared basis.
• Yes we do combined shipping. Minimal rates are automatically calculated in Checkout. 
• We are not responsible for your parcel once it has been posted including delays due to things outside of our control such as Postal Authorities, Mail Strikes, Customs Inspections etc.
• We do not ship every day. Usually about 2 times a week depending on workload.

Payment Instructions:

• Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase please.
• International Customers: Payment accepted by Paymate, PayPal.
• Australian Customers: Payment accepted by , , PayPal, Direct Deposit/EFT, Paymate, Money Order, Cheque.

• To Pay by Paymate: send your Express Payment to our email address.

• Please use Request Total From Seller if purchasing Multiple Items or you are unsure of combined postage costs or you are unable to complete checkout due to different currencies.

 

Shipping Terms:

• Shipping Charges are not negotiable.
• Delivery will occur only once full payment has been received and cleared into our Australian Account.
• Buyers pay all delivery costs including postage, packaging & handling, except where we offer FREE shipping
• We charge retail fees for packing cartons and mailers. This can vary between 50 cents and $2.50 depending on order requirements.
• We charge a minmum of 50 cents P&H to cover labels, tapes, bubble wraps & other postage materials.
• Usually we ship within 10 business days of receiving your order and this is stated in the listing's handling time. This allows enough time for your payment to clear back into our account
• Whilst the vast majority of our items are always held in stock, sometimes we have to pickup or order certain items in for many business reasons. In this case we usually ship within 10 business days.
• We Do Not drop ship. Parcels are always packed & sent from us, not some other place or country.
• We Do Not charge for petrol or time travelling to the Post Office for lodgment, business running expenses or other expenses.
• Postal times and delays are outside of our control.
• Customs clearance delays are outside of our control.
• We correctly complete Customs Declarations.
• Customs charges are the responsibility of the Buyer.

Insurance Terms:

• Loss & Damage in Transit is always the risk of the buyer.
• We recommend all customers purchase insurance for their parcels. Some listings REQUIRE insurance
• If insurance is not offered in a listing it does not imply it is not available.
• It is the customers responsibility to enquire about insurance and request it for their purchases to ensure they are covered against any loss or damage.
• We are under no obligation to replace lost or damaged items where insurance was not purchased. Opening a PayPal dispute where insurance was not purchased will lead to a buyer being blocked & we will respond to any negative feedback accordingly.
