Please ask questions before bidding, this saves any miscommunication or issues later on.

I do my best to describe items as accurately as possible, if you feel that the item you receive doesn't match what you bought then I will refund your money. Email me and tell me what the problem is, then you will need to return the item back to me in the exact condition that you received it. I will refund the amount you paid to me originally (including postage) but you will pay for the return postage fee.

I will not refund if you have simply changed your mind. I will also not refund if the item is lost or damaged by Australia Post, by bidding on or buying this item from me you agree that once the parcel leaves my hands it is the responsibility of Australia Post to get it to you safe and sound. It is your responsibility to ask me to purchase registered post if you wish your item to be insured. Alternatively I can also post your item in an express post satchel, this gives you a tracking number. Please ask before paying so I can make adjustments to the invoice.

I accept local pick-up and I definitely am happy to combine postage.

I cannot control Australia Post so therefore I am not to be held accountable for their errors or parcels lost in the post, (please see the information in the returns/refund section for more information). If this worries you, you are welcome to ask me to register your parcel. This would cost you an extra $2.75, but means your parcel can be tracked and you are covered for loss or damage to your item for up to $100.00 through Australia Post.

I use pre-paid postage satchels simply because it is easier for me at the moment. If you are buying something that you think is very light and may be cheaper being posted another way, email me (before bidding would be best though), I am a nice person :-) and I will try to find a cheaper way. It just means that it may take you a few extra days to get your parcel that's all, but if you are happy to wait then that is ok by me. I don't charge extra for packaging (such as bubble wrap etc) or handling.

Make sure your address is updated and correct. I sent to the address listed on your Paypal notice of payment that I receive (or if you pay by direct deposit, I post to the address Ebay has, unless informed otherwise. I would hate to send your parcel to the wrong place!

International bidders: please email me and I will work out the postage cost.

Either Paypal or bank deposit is fine. Obviously buyers outside of Australia need to use Paypal.

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase, if you do not pay or communicate with me during that time after the 7 days I will relist and will make a non-paying bidder report (this allows me to reclaim the listing fees). Having said that, I am not unreasonable and if you have a problem paying within that time frame please email me and we will work something out. Communication is the key here.
