v The pattern is for Gilbert the gibbon - made in very long pile fur fabric

v The pattern pieces are given on a grid which has to be enlarged on a photocopier or by hand on graph paper

v His face and paws are made from light-coloured short pile fur or even velvet.

v Step by step instructions are given with helpful diagrams

v The toy is 61cm / 24in tall

v Children will love stroking his long fur and cuddling up to him
