You must provide us with your residential or your work address (work address is preferred), where the parcel can be signed for during normal business hours. PO Boxes are ok too. If there is no-one available to receive the goods at a time of delivery, the driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking you to visit your nearest Post Office to pick up your parcel. It is your responsibility to pick up the parcel! Delivery times vary by location. Once your item has been sent we will contact you and provide an expected delivery time.
