Most of our items are delivered by a courier. Country and regional WA, QLD and NT are serviced by Australia Post only. Delivery with the original box costs $13.50 (highly recommended), while delivery without a box costs $11.50. Transit insurance is included in the cost of delivery. You must provide us with your residential or your work address (work address is preferred), where the parcel can be signed for during normal business hours. If there is no-one available to receive the goods at a time of delivery, the driver will leave a card at the delivery address, asking you to call the local transport depot to ogranise a re-delivery. It is your responsibility to organise a re-delivery. Please note that you might be charged a fee of $5 if you chose a specific re-delivery time/day. Delivery times vary by location. Once your item has been sent we will contact you and provide an expected delivery time. Your item/s will usually be dispatched the next business days after your payment has been received (cleared) in full. Combined postage is available, but please contact us before you bid!
