Shipping
- Items will be posted within 1~3 working days of receiving payment
- Combine postage discount is available for multiple items (Only within 7 days from your first winning auction end)
- Combine postage and handling fee is available on each additional item paid at the same time/same transaction. The heaviest/most expensive postage item will be charged at 100% and subsequent items will be calculated by the weight.
- We cannot combine the multiple purchased items once you make a payment separately/ individually. The buyers responsibility to contact us/request the invoice for the combine postage invoice before paying separately. The buyers must agree that it does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to seek a refund of postage and handling cost, complaint or neutral or negative feedbacks
- Postage and handling fee is not just postage. Not just stamps on the envelope. It includes the package. We do not charge any labour fee or traveling fee to the post office.
- Insurance is optional for Australian buyers. Insurance cost for international shipping vary depending on weight and destination. Please contact us prior to bid to make sure if you want to insure your items.
- No pick ups available
- It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure they have given the correct postal address. If the order is sent to an incorrect postal address given by the buyer, we cannot take any responsibility for items
- We will always work hard and do the best to provide high quality service to our valued customers. In the event that delivery is delayed (especially international), you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to seek a refund, cancellation of the order, complaint or neutral or negative feedbacks
- We cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damage once they have been posted. The buyer must agree with our policy about lost/damage items. The buyer cannot seek a refund, replacement, cancellation of the order, complaint, open dispute or neutral or negative feedback. Registered mail ($3.30 extra) is strongly recommended for your safe online shopping. Registered mail for international buyers vary depending on weight and destination. - Money back offered (full or partially) only if the item you received is significantly different to item description. Buyers must return the items to us within 7 days of receipt at the buyers cost. After 7 days of receipt, we will not accept any refund, replacement, cancellation, complaint or neutral or negative feedbacks
- No refunds if items are not returned to us, damaged or not as described compared to the listing
- Postage and handling fee including returning item cost cannot be refunded for any reasons
