Description:
The story begins as Johnny Garland, a young, 16-year old detective who lost his father, sister and his memory in an accident, accepts an investigation to track down a criminal suspect who escaped from custody. As he closes in on the suspect, Johnny witnesses a supernatural occurrence - a huge monster appears from a green light known as the window and swallows up the criminal. Apparently, a series of horrific incidents similar to this have been plaguing the cities across the nation. Johnny's female counterpart is 21-year-old bounty hunter Shania, a Native American who is searching for these mysterious windows and determined to fight them using her spiritual powers. Together, they travel around the states and are joined by other characters.

Express Post does not include insurance. While Express Post shipments do include tracking, Australia Post does not offer any kind of insurance option for their Express Post service. Therefore, Express Post orders are shipped at the customer's risk without any delivery guarantee from Australia Post.

Express Post satchels come in fixed sizes & dimensions. Certain products or multiple product orders may not fit into an express post satchel due to size, shape & weight considerations. This may not be known until after checkout & when we have picked your order.
Therefore, we may have to switch your order to our registered service when it is impossible to ship via a single express post satchel. In such situations we will reimburse you so that you end up paying only for the service used.
Pickup (Melbourne):
- Pickup is not offered for Ebay sales, so please do not ask. We will not make any exceptions.
- Our Melbourne CBD store at 183 Elizabeth St. is an entirely separate division of Dungeon Crawl Pty Ltd. Ebay orders are processed from a warehouse at a different Melbourne location.
- Items stocked in our CBD store regularly differ from those offered online in both range and price.

Ordering and Delivery
- All listings are GST inclusive. TAX receipts can be provided on request.
- Our delivery charge includes the cost of actual postage, packaging/materials and a handling fee.
- We carefully package each item to ensure its safe arrival. Claims of posted items being lost or damaged during delivery will only be accepted if registered post was chosen and paid for.
- Payment must be received by Dungeon Crawl within 10 days of the winning bid.
- If you purchase multiple items at once with different availability times (for example an instock item with a preorder item) we will hold your order until all items arrive. We will post the available items separately only if it is requested by the customer and full postage paid for each item.
- Shipping information must be correctly filled out by our customers whenever required during checkout. We take no responsibility for delivery problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
Item Representation
- All product images are typical. Game packaging & covers may vary from the images displayed.
- 'Full English language' means fit for use in English speaking markets and can include multi-language products.
- 'Australian' means fit for use in Australia, it does not mean manufactured in Australia. Nearly all game products on retail shelves across Australia are manufactured overseas.
- 'Australian Compatible' includes region free games compatible with Australian video game systems. In some cases, region free Australian compatible games may not be labelled PAL by the manufacturer. All games sold by Dungeon Crawl as Australian (PAL) compatible on Ebay are 100% fit for use with Australian systems.
Video Game, PC Software and DVD Compatibility
- We clearly state when a game or DVD is not region coded for Australia. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the compatibility of products purchased with their relevant hardware.
- PC game malfunction is most often the result of compatibility problems with the system being used and not the result of product defects.
We are responsible only for the functioning of the product, customers are fully responsible for the system (both hardware & software) it is being used in conjunction with. If you believe a PC game is faulty and problems are not system related, we can arrange a return and test of the product on a compatible system.
- We will not provide technical support outside of the functioning of the product itself. It is always the responsibility of the customer to troubleshoot compatibility issues with their system.
Returns Policy
- Dungeon Crawl has a strict no-returns policy regarding unwanted items.
- Faulty item claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of your product.
- All faulty item returns must be pre-approved via email.
- Returns are for defective products only and will not be accepted when the problem is incompatible hardware.
- All returned products will be thoroughly tested with compatible systems for defects.
- If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.
- If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer.
- If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
- Dungeon Crawl records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.
- Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via an registered service. Express Post does not include such protection.
