Sometimes the Post Office staff choose not to cube a parcel and charge by weight only, which can make for a cheaper postage cost especially for large parcels. When this happens I shall refund the difference asap as I will for any overcharge.
Please do not hesitate to question any postal charges quoted, I am happy to check it is the correct cost to your postcode.
Any charges by Customs is the buyers responsibility. I send International parcels by Registered International Airmail unless Express Courier International is requested.
I do my best to list correctly and honestly. I inspect each item carefully and will always list any fault I find. If I have missed anything please let me know.
I use a combination of recycled and new packaging materials depending on what the parcel needs to reach you, the customer, in the same condition it left me.
I charge a small handling fee on most items especially fragile or large items. Fee will usually be between 20c and $3.00 depending on the item. When the shipping calculator is used or postage costs are quoted, these costs are already included. I am happy to provide you with a cost breakdown.
