Reel is brand new never used, but its missing the handle assembly. and includes only the one spool on the reel. a handle can be obtained through most shimano dealers at your local tackle shops, or through shimano. or if you have a stradic already u can transfer handles and have a brand new reel for a great price. $180 if purchased new

International: I will ship the reel for $15 in a flat rate envelope but I can not include the reel box,. if you want the original stradic box then you must pay the full $29 for priority shipping in a box
