Shimmer Cream, use it to add shimmer or dramatic affects to your Face Painting. You can also use it instead of Eyeshadow or over Lipsticks. The skintone colours can also be used with or instead of a blusher.
This highly pigmented formulation with smooth texture “melts” into the skin for that added dramatic effect or just blushed natural effect. Smooth and easy to apply with fingers or brush. Fragrance free.
